Client queries or complaints may arise due to a lack of understanding or a deficiency of service. Clients can make a complaint in writing, orally, or telephonically and may email the Research Analyst at suyash57@gmail.com. The client can expect a reply within 10 business days.

A letter may also be posted to: RV-204, Sunrise Apartments, Sector P, Mansarovar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012, Uttar Pradesh.

If the response is unsatisfactory, the grievance can be lodged with SEBI at scores.sebi.gov.in.

Terms & Conditions

Mandatory terms and client disclosures

Disclosure of minimum mandatory Terms & Conditions

  1. Availing the research services: The client confirms subscription to the research service at their sole discretion.
  2. Obligations on RA: RA and client shall be bound by SEBI Act and applicable rules and regulations.
  3. Client Information and KYC: The client shall furnish required details and the RA shall collect and check KYC records.
  4. Standard Terms of Service: Investments are subject to market risk, recommendations do not assure returns, and losses cannot be claimed from recommendations.
  5. Declaration of the RA: SEBI registration number INH000014483, registration date January 16, 2024, and maximum fee limit of 1.51 lakhs per annum per family of client.
  6. Consideration and mode of payment: Fees and statutory charges shall be payable through specified permitted modes.
  7. Risk factors: Investments in securities market are subject to market risks.
  8. Conflict of interest: Actual or potential conflicts of interest shall be disclosed and mitigated.
  9. Termination of service and refund of fees: Pro rata refund is applicable as specified.
  10. Grievance redressal and dispute resolution: Grievances should be escalated promptly and resolved within applicable timelines.

Additional clauses and notices

  1. Additional voluntary clauses must not contradict SEBI rules, regulations, or circulars.
  2. Investors should review the Do’s and Don’ts while dealing with RA.
  3. CeFCoM is available, but Suyash Srivastava has not availed the facility.
  4. Use of AI tools shall be disclosed as part of published research reports.

Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)

  1. The RA cannot execute trades on behalf of the client.
  2. Fees are subject to SEBI or RAASB prescribed maximums.
  3. The current fee limit is Rs 1,51,000 per annum per family of client, excluding statutory charges.
  4. Fees may be charged in advance, subject to SEBI limits, with proportionate refund on premature termination.
  5. Payment may be made through cheque, online transfer, UPI, etc.; cash is not allowed.
  6. The RA will endeavor to promptly inform the client of any conflict of interest.
  7. No assured, guaranteed, or fixed return scheme can be offered.
  8. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments.
  9. SEBI registration and certifications do not guarantee performance or returns.
  10. For grievances, contact the RA first, then SCORES, then Smart ODR if needed.
  11. Clients must keep contact details updated at all times.
  12. The RA shall never ask for login credentials or OTPs for trading, demat, or bank accounts.
